    Kill switch and single-instance lease ownership.

    • Global Ctrl+Alt+Shift+X halts all tool calls for that instance; re-arms on the next turn via idle-gap detection, no plugin needed.
    • Ownership is a lease claimed on the first tool call and released after 15s idle, so a second opencode instance waits and takes over automatically.
    • Defaults and knobs are listed in README.md.
